Then a complete set of design and cable schematics are drawn up bearing in mind the finer detail. Our design team ensures that all third-party systems are seamlessly integrated as a complete system, enabling you to control, manage and monitor everything from one platform.
A smart technology project takes effective planning, organizing, procurement and resource allocation to make sure it’s completed on time and with the desired result at fit and finish. A dedicated Project Manager will manage the design and the assigned team, coordinate with all the subcontractors and oversee all phases of the project such as wiring and infrastructure throughout its duration.
Our programming ensures all systems run smoothly and reliably and any connected devices can seamlessly communicate with each other providing complete and robust control. The final result is intuitive and effortless control of all systems and integrations.
Installation is completed to the highest possible standard and any specialist fittings, including in-wall and in-ceiling components are aesthetically matched to the environment by our engineers. During commissioning equipment and programming is tested to ensure everything works to perfection prior to project delivery.
Upon completion clients receive on-site training, Operation & Maintenance and As-built documentation. We are committed to making the entire experience from start to finish as effective and efficient as possible.
7.CLIENT CARE & MAINTENANCE
Enjoy your new environment to its fullest with a comprehensive warranty, regular maintenance and support as set out in the Client Care & Maintenance document provided.
We offer 24hours, 7 days a week all year-round technical support. The systems are continuously monitored and checked for faults. We will always be the first to be alerted to, diagnose and fix any system faults remotely. In rare occasions, whereby a solution cannot be found remotely our engineers will visit you on site.
After the initial contract warranty period has expired, we continue to support you through a range of optional maintenance and warranty solutions which will be entirely bespoke to your installation.
